Our consultants will work in close collaboration with candidates to design a campaign that will maximize candidate strengths and provide results based on expertise and best practices.

What Distinguishes Us

We have relationships with organizations that train campaign workers. We come in when the training is complete to find the best match for the campaign worker and the candidate.

We offer resources for both in one place

Campaign Workers - There are various organizations that are training campaign workers. However, there is currently no entity promoting and placing these workers once the training has ended. These workers will register with Cavendish Consulting. We will market, promote and help place them with candidates in need of campaign infrastructure.

Candidates – More people are deciding to run for office. We will work with candidates to match them with campaign workers that will best serve the needs of the campaign.
